Drinking Water for Healthy



Water has an important role for health, fitness, concentration, and maintain the quality of life. Water also played a role in preventing various diseases, and optimize the physical ability, because most of the human body containing fluid or water.
Ideally in the human body, it takes 55 to 75 percent of the weight of the liquid or water body. If someone who has a body weight 70 kilograms, then in the body of water there will be some 39 to 54 pounds.
Lack of drinking may have an impact on health, lower physical ability, lower memory or concentration, difficult bowel movements, fainting,or even death. the level of severity of patients, depending on the dehydration experienced by someone. The lack of 2 percent of body water will cause symptoms such as thirst and dry mouth.
4 to 6 percent shortage of water in the body, will create headaches, dizziness and body weakness. Meanwhile, when it reached 12 percent of fluids lost, then one would be hard to chew and need medical assistance.
And worse, when the person is deficient in water up to 15 to 25 percent, because it would be fatal, because someone could have fainted. While the characteristics of a person is dehydrated, for mild dehydration include, thirst, dry mouth, dry throat, dry skin.
Dehydration is characterized by headache, dizziness, increased pulse rate, decreased blood pressure, increased body temperature, weak, urine becomes cloudy and brownish yellow, and the volume of urine slightly.
And if severe dehydration, will be marked by muscle cramps, tongue swelling, worsening blood circulation, body condition is very weak, decreased renal function, unconscious.
Almost all diseases, from heart disease, heart, brain, and kidneys, will always be associated with water and electrolyte balance that will lead to complications, when the kidneys can not compensate for fluids well.
