The brain is considered as the central processing unit of the human body. The most important organ, which control the rest of the body parts. And since the brain is like a muscle, it needs regular exercise to stay in optimum condition.
It is true that every organ of the body play an important role, but next to the heart, the brain is an organ that will keep you healthy all the time. Through the brain is to learn to think and remember things, and if we fail to maintain their health, you may end up with a high risk for degenerative brain diseases like Alzheimer's and dementia. Good thing is that some things you can do to maintain your brain properly so you do not succumb to just take mental problems and disorders of the brain.
