Water has an important role
for health, fitness, concentration, and maintain the quality of life. Water also played a role in
preventing various diseases, and optimize the physical ability, because most of
the human body containing fluid or water.

4 to 6 percent shortage of

throat, dry skin.
Dehydration is characterized
by headache, dizziness, increased pulse rate, decreased blood pressure,
increased body temperature, weak, urine becomes cloudy and brownish yellow, and
the volume of urine slightly.
And if severe dehydration,
will be marked by muscle cramps, tongue swelling, worsening blood circulation,
body condition is very weak, decreased renal function, unconscious.
Almost all diseases, from
heart disease, heart, brain, and kidneys, will always be associated with water
and electrolyte balance that will lead to complications, when the kidneys can
not compensate for fluids well.
